upgrading desktop, need recommendation please

    hi all,
    sorry if i post in the wrong section. i plan to connect my desktop to my TV. nothing will be installed bside Win7 ultimate, and the requirement drivers to play online movies like utube, veoh, and dvd. no game

    board: ASUS P5KPL-VM and will mod to SLIC2.1 (already had)

    recommendation please: looking for less than $230
    Here what i plan to get:

    CoolMax 500W power: not sure if it's a quiet power? need quiet power

    Video: Radeon HD 4350 iSilence 512MB DDR2 PCIe 2.0 x16 (has hdmi plug)

    DDR2: is PC-6400 2GB or need 4GB?

    CPU: Celeron® Dual-Core E3200 2.4Ghz 800MHz FSB or CORE 2 Duo E6750 2.66GHz 1333MHz FSB?

    i don't know how to OC

    tv = full hd 1080p, 40in
    maybe going for ddr2 pc6400 2gb cuz of budget, so i i use x86

    As regards the OS, I might consider installing the 64bit version because if you decide to add more RAM in the future you wouldn't have to reinstall another version of windows. Currently I have the 64bit version and I don't regret it ;)
