Upgrading from 1903 18362.388 to 1909 possible now?

    Can i upgrade already from 1903 to 1909? Windows Update Manager doesn't show me any updates, Media Creation Tool let's me update but i'm not sure if it will update to 1909 and also i dont want to lose any programs installed.

    all this is a security update and browser update why change the number to 1909 like if is a new build is ridiculous.

    Microsoft promised 2 Updates, so we get 2 Updates (1903 & 1909). Microsoft can't go back on a promise can it ???
