Is there a way to directly upgrade from LTSC 1809 to 20H2 without deleting all my files? Really would prefer to not reinstall windows. Thanks!
Not directly, just wait until the new release in a few months. 20H2 isn't worth it and no amount of stripping it will make it better than LTSC; it just crumbles.
Run regedit and change these 2 keys to this [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion] EditionID: Professional ProductName: Windows 10 Pro Then you can start the upgrade to Pro right away

You can upgrade to Enterprise full version as far as I know, while keeping all your settings. LTSC is a cut down version of Enterprise after all. You could give it a go to install Pro on top of it, but do a backup first just in case it does not give you proper warning if it fails.
