Upgrading from Windows 7 Enterprise to Windows 10

    Hi

    I have a pc with Windows 7 Enterprise (activated with Microsoft Toolkit), and i would like to get it on Windows 10 pro or Enterprise

    I really do not want to format this system just to install Win10
    What are my options here? could I move this Windows over from Enterprise to Pro or Enterprise?

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Where can I get a German windows 10 Business 64-bit ISO please?

    That should not be a problem right? since i would use KMS_VL_ALL - Smart Activation Script by @abbodi1406 to Reactivate windows (if needed) and since Windows Defender is not my used AV
