Upgrading to ultimate -questions

    My new laptop is preinstalled with win7 home premium.
    If I upgrade to ultimate, I do need a product key? Or just the one on my sticker?
    And if I upgrade, do I lose my preinstalled programs and drivers?

    yes you will need to obtain an anytime upgrade key and no you will not lose any settings or programs
