    Hi guys!

I just bought Samsung NC10. Is there any way to upgrade Starter edition to Windows 7 Home Premium? If possible, simple step by step guide for noob like me would be highly appreciated. Thank you!

One question more. No need for importing cert?

    Thank you. :)

Thanks urie. Windows Home Premium is successfully activated. I hope it remains so. ;)

    Hi again!

I am trying to learn a bit more. How to check if certificate is installed? All is working good at the moment. Do I have to install different cert for my Home Premium key?
    Cheers! :)

No you don't need to install different certificate, your certificate is stored in C:\Windows\System32\OEM folder.

If there is no OEM-Folder, you will find the installed cert in the following file (on every Windows 7 system) %SystemRoot%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform\tokens.dat (just for information). You can use SLIC Toolkit to check for SLIC and cert. With the same tool you can save SLIC, cert and key. Windows 7 needs SLIC V2.1. With SLIC V2.0 you can only activate Vista but not Win 7.

The cert is always installed in the tokens.dat.

In other words there is no need to keep the .xrm-ms file after it has been installed.

No not without bios mod or loader with OEM SLP key and certificate.
