Are both ISOs original MSFT ISOs?

ps, 2015 LTSC is not available on the UUP system, the script you mean is multi_arch_iso.cmd.

Are you sure both ISOs are original ones?

I mean the message is triggered by a commandline* that checks for the presence of an install.wim/esd or swm files in both source ISOs, when one ISO has an install.wim and the other has an install.esd the script will show the message you got.

    *
    Code:
    if /i "%WIMFILE1%" neq "%WIMFILE2%" (set "MESSAGE=ISO distributions have different install file format."&goto :E_MSG)

Re-downloaded the ISOs and now it creates a new one no problem
The issue is when I try the resulted ISO and then choose which edition I want to install I get the “Windows Cannot Find the Microsoft Software License Terms” message

ISP/Router/Hardware all can cause corrupt downloads.

What was the checksum you published? SHA1, SHA256 or....?

The script / wimlib merely export x64 image to x86 install.wim
nothing else is modified or can be fixed
