Are both ISOs original MSFT ISOs? ps, 2015 LTSC is not available on the UUP system, the script you mean is multi_arch_iso.cmd.

I mean the message is triggered by a commandline* that checks for the presence of an install.wim/esd or swm files in both source ISOs, when one ISO has an install.wim and the other has an install.esd the script will show the message you got. * Code: if /i "%WIMFILE1%" neq "%WIMFILE2%" (set "MESSAGE=ISO distributions have different install file format."&goto :E_MSG) Code: ============================================================ Extracting ISO files . . . ============================================================ "el_windows_10_enterprise_2015_ltsb_x64_dvd_6848475.ISO" "el_windows_10_enterprise_2015_ltsb_x86_dvd_6848476.iso" ============================================================ Checking distributions Info . . . ============================================================ ============================================================ Preparing ISO Info . . . ============================================================ ============================================================ Unifying install.wim . . . ============================================================ Using LZX compression with 16 threads Archiving file data: 3405 MiB of 3405 MiB (100%) done Calculating integrity table for WIM: 3662 MiB of 3662 MiB (100%) done ============================================================ Preparing boot configuration settings . . . ============================================================ ============================================================ Preparing Custom AIO settings . . . ============================================================ ============================================================ Creating ISO . . . ============================================================ OSCDIMG 2.56 CD-ROM and DVD-ROM Premastering Utility Copyright (C) Microsoft, 1993-2012. Re-downloaded the ISOs and now it creates a new one no problem The issue is when I try the resulted ISO and then choose which edition I want to install I get the “Windows Cannot Find the Microsoft Software License Terms” message

Neither of those checksums are correct compared to the original ones: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...erent-install-file-format.85297/#post-1733544
ISP/Router/Hardware all can cause corrupt downloads. What was the checksum you published? SHA1, SHA256 or....?
The script / wimlib merely export x64 image to x86 install.wim nothing else is modified or can be fixed
