URGENT Access 2010 numbers converting to japannses

    I am creating a database but when I make a query from a form the ID turns into Japanese writing even though the field format is number

    Why is this happening and how can I fix this

    I urgently need an answer definatly before tomorrow 1PM

    Running Office ProPlus 2010 (guessing SP1) on school network not sure how it is installed but has been a problem on 2 different accounts 3 different PCs and 3 different databases
