Hi I have Dell latitude E6420 It was given by my friend. I turn on it and it will lock coumputer and and I try to install new OS it install it also I install all application, driver and later filelog.bin programe come to my HD and it will disable all programe and logout from computer and I am unable to login. I contact to my friend who gave me this laptop he told me that company lock up for data may retrive from it, he told me to change some parts but I dont know which parts I need to change it or what can i do for it. it run ubantu no affect but any prodrect from Microsoft it will do same. Can any body help what can i do for this computer ??????????? it will be great help for me if any body give me right solution. Thank you all
