[URGENT] Need help flashing BIOS

    well my concern is recently purchased Lenovo G580 (2689)

    my BIOS version is 62CN41WW, 10-09-12

    I want to flash the BIOS kindly somebody help me to geta detailed procedure for flashing the BIOS

    Any help would be highly appriciated

    And if so is it possible to Remove the exiting the Pheonix BIOS and Flash it and Install Insyde BIOS??....kindly help me

    No i want to flash the existing BIOS

    can you plzz provide me the BIOS file and the method to flash the BIOS??

    What do you mean by 'flash the existing bios'?? Have you done a bad flash??

    Can you please tell me the reason?? Its is already flashed; you can backup it up but Phoenix bios can't be flashed back from the backup.
