Can anyone help me create a bootable USB. Always believe in "WindowsHotfixDownloader.exe" program and never had a problem, but for some time gives me error at boot. I already try many PC and various flash drives. Thx!

Are you wanting to install Win 8.1 from a USB stick ?

First get a 8 gig or bigger USB 2

    Sling it in your PC
    Run command prompt as admin
    Then type :
Just copy the Windows files over to the USB

Boot from USB and away you go

As for USB 3. I have always hit problems using USB 3 installing Winows 8. Dont know why.
Thats why I suggest sticking with USB 2

    Hope this helps

Or it you prefer a GUI, there is Universal USB Installer, Unetbootin, Rufus, or even Windows USB/DVD Download Tool. There are heaps of tools to make a bootable USB

Thank you both , the first option works. I have tried using " Universal USB Installer " works but does not leave me unattended windows do not take into account the unattended file. THX!

USB 3.0 will work fine IF Windows 8/10 has the correct drivers for the particular USB 3.0 chipset.
But there are so many around, your better off sticking to USB 2.0 for now. ;)

Watch out with this one it only makes NTFS drives, which won't work on a UEFI system. :(
