Hi I have problem that is usb ports are not working during windows running. keyboard and mouse are not work(stuck) I access windows via safe mode then restore point and still problem usb ports are work in bios mode
Which computer, which Windows, is it a normal installation or something else, are all the drivers and controllers installed and correct, what else besides the mouse and keyboard is connected to USB, which mouse and keyboard are you using, etc. In short, there are many possibilities, but no information about your system at all.
win10 pro 64 bit I solve that problem by format before one month. Now come back this problem therefore I need solution without format.
You don't have to look for how to fix this problem, but you do have to look for what is causing it. Obviously, there is no point in fixing something all the time, if the reason why it occurs is not eliminated. So, first determine why such a problem occurs. And reinstalling and even less formatting is not a solution. You can do this, and maybe even have to do it, only after the cause of the error has been eliminated.
1. Something is there in your practices : Your Programs, Apps, Antivirus, Settings, Tweaks, Hacks, Registry Cleaners & Editors, System Optimizers. what's it ? 2. Any exclamation mark in section "Control Panel > Security And Maintenance" ( Windows 10 ) 3. Did you try BIOS Reset ? 4. Any BIOS update available for this particular problem ? Not all BIOS Update can be reverted back! 5. Did you try Power Reset ? Regular Solutions : Looking for missing devices ,etc. in Device Manager; Updating USB drivers; Updating Chipset drivers & then updating USB drivers; Making Windows Updates, sfc /scannow, Dism ScanHealth / RestoreHealth.
Try disconnecting the power cable, wait a few seconds and press the PC power button and hold for a few seconds. After that, put the power cord back on and see if it works
When you have a problem and you're looking for help. The first rule is: Don't be lazy writing about it You haven't mentioned What OS are you using, Which model is your PC, which CPU/chipset are you using, If you are using any AV. You haven't even shared a screenshot of your device manager, and so on. Why people should use their time to help you, when you don't take 5 minutes of yours to describe correctly your problem?
I told you that installing a new Windows solved the problem. So every a computer technician will know the problem in the operating system not hardware. I hope you can tell me about solutions like repair system, and use virtual windows
