    Hello,

I have a 120gb SSD and a HDD with many gbs, but my doubt is: Can I use another SSD to install my programs, like video renders, PhotoShop and alike programs? The performance (of programs intalled in another SSD) in theory, should be the same as the programs were installed at Disk C(SSD where is installed OS)? Does anyone have tried it? How is it in pratice?

    Thank you!

    Your question is very confusing.
What computer do you have? Maybe you provide the basic parameters.
Are you using SATA II or is this computer also can use SATA III?
But in any case, an SSD is better for work and a HDD for storage.

One ssd from 500GB for OS and one HDD from 1GB to 4GB for storage.

I used to have two SSD SATA in my laptop. I believe the speeds were the same on both SATA ports. 6Gbps each. I dont think using both 2 SATA ports will saturate the file system. Both will run at 6Gbps I think
