Whereas the newest 8.1 drivers aren't as up to date as 7 or 10 I was wondering should I use 7 or 10 drivers for 8.1? I have used 7 drivers in the past but just wondering which would be the best choice and which of course work better if either at all work better than the other. Thank you.
7 drivers work best. You just need to INF mod the HDMI drivers to remove the restriction on installing on 8.1 (NT 6.3). Besides, the drivers work with WDDM 1.3, so you can take advantage of Windows 8.1's display driver features.
