I have a legit win7 ultimate on my pc from a retail cd.
I have a laptop that I would like to install win7 on.

    1. I can install the ultimate on my laptop using a loader.

The laptop originally had Home Premium and still has the key on the sticker.

    2. Can I make an .iso from my cd ..... remove the ei.cfg ....install Home Premium and use the original key and get the laptop back to its original state?

The laptop now has win7 professional...but I started getting activation pop-ups.
I searched the system and got the activation key, but when I try to activate, I get a non authorized key message.
I could probably just use a loader on it right now....but I would prefer to find a way to get it back to legit if possible.

Could I edit the registry and change the version to Home Premium and then try to activate using the laptops original key?

If any one knows an easier way to get it back to legit, any help is appreciated.

    1. Yes
    2. Yes
You can use Daz Windows loader v2.1.7 to activate your copy of Win7 Pro. ;)
