User acc management?

    On my computer (WIN10 LTSB) I have one Administrator acc, secured with password, and one user account (no pass, no admin privileges). When computer is turned off, it's always booting directly to user account. Which settings / hack / reg edit /etc to use to force Win10 to ask in whichh acc to boot (Admin or user)?

    Simply add a Password to the User Account!!
