    @chrisr could you include memtest too? in the past with the win 8 pese i managed to get it in the bootloader (where you could select to boot windows or pese, etcetc...).

    memtest.efi is already inserted in the bcd but the "display boot menu" option is not enabled by default.
    I did not put an option directly available to avoid overloading the interface.

    However, there is a variable available in \Projects\Win10XPE\CreateISO.script to display the boot menu, in line 22
    %DisplayMenu%=False to change to %DisplayMenu%=True
    In the same way, it is possible to to change the startup delay, timeout: %tmout%=5

    If it is not the first build, you should also delete bcdefi file in the cache so that it will be rebuilt.
    With my French Iso, it is here: \ProgCache\10.0.22000.318_Professional_x64_fr-FR\bcdefi

    My Win10XPE boot wim is just a Basic Build
    The portable app dock is not included in the wim image. It's my default app launcher located in another partition which I use for my main OS too
    Almost all my apps are portable
