using VOATK on an unbootable system

    Try using the repair option from the Vista install disk. If the 'Black Edition' disk doesn't have the repair option. Go here. " ttp://neosmart.net/blog/2008/windows-vista-recovery-disc-download/" . You can make a repair disk yourself. It's around 120mb to download. Good luck

    Boot with Vista's installation disk.
    Choose Repair, Selecet the primary Vista partition and click Next.
    Once the repair window appears, open CMD(Command Prompt) and type:
    bootrec /fixmbr
    bootrec /fixboot

    Now restart the computer and boot to Vista...:D
