I've got an old version of UXTHEME Patch, because the default M$ Blue actually hurts to look at, the M$ Silver is nice as long as one tosses in wallpapers from NASA and uses inverted-colour cursors, and who in the worlds uses the M$ Olive Green? I picked a red/black third party theme, one of the Legends variations, and chose my own wallpapers. It's served me well and spared me huge amounts of eyestrain on both of my old XP machines for almost ten years.
