vaio bios mod

    I have a sony vaio laptop and i want to put in an ssd. But the problem is that i cant get AHCI enabled. I tried contacting sony but that did not get me any further.:angry:

    I have a bios file from my laptop: www (dot)megaupload.com/?d=7DC1JTUG

    Does anyone know how to get AHCI enabled?

    Chipset: HM55

    I already searched the web for such solutions, but i coudnt find any.
