    Hi shakera,
I can't read the minidump files either (sorry), but I do have something you may want to try. I remember a friend of mine had a PC with an AMD CPU and a MSI mobo, and it would annoyingly blue screen all the time, after he installed Windows 7. IIRC, we were able to stop it from BSODing by disabling the "AMD Cool'n'Quiet" option in the BIOS. Good luck.

Check your ram with memtest (leave it running for some hours), the temp and the system voltages.
