Did your monitor get wet?(when you cleaned the screen)
Can't see your pic... just a blank box.
Possible to have damaged your screen if you manhandled it, also check your connections from the monitor to the pc

None of the links contain pictures, the first still opens the empty imgur post, the others say there is nothing shared.

Reuploaded, also the monitor wasn't wet, since I put little water on my cloth then dry it as much as I can before I start cleaning.

I cant see any lines in both pics but lines usually means the monitor screen is bad.

Yeah, almost, just that isn't splitted :(
Is there any fix for this or only display replacement is the solution ?
Also the monitor i've cleaned 20-50 times in the span of 2.5 years I have him always the same way, I put a bit of water on the cloth then dry it as much as I can and then I clean my monitor, never had a problem with the monitor afterwards.

Check if there is a reset button on the monitor, connect it to another device and check, or connect another monitor to the current device and check.

i also had a HP monitor w1907 with same blue vertical line on left side which appeared when i clean it with colin hardly due to some sticky spots. one of my junior used a flasher just a magnetic device to flash the screen & amazingly that line is not there till date . but he told me that its just a experiment & only 20-30 percent of that type of experiments succeed.

Edit : i think it happened in year 2015 or 16 . idk the exact name of that screen flasher but as i know my junior havent attached anything to the monitor just in a switch on monitor he rotate the flasher in front of screen very very fastly like a cross & that line disappeared. screen flickered many times in between when he used that flasher.

I've done with my laptop still there, also when I just plug the monitor without an HDMI cable in it, it still has it.

You need a specialized soldering iron tip to resolder the ribbons.
If you have no idea what you are doing, it will get worse. There's no way to fix it by common tools. Are you sure you want to try it?
Even I as a IT repair shop specialist don't do that kind of repairs because most of the time you will get more vertical lines.

i suggest u first check in the forums of the brand of monitor u have and post your issue their....i would not disassemble the monitor if u dont have experience repairing monitors u can make worst of trash it completely...see if u can find any youtube video showing your type of monitor with the same issue to have a idea how to go about it... 100% agree with post #16

That would be called a Monitor Degaussing Coil, and to my knowledge only works on a CRT monitor you stated that you had a HP w1907 witch is a LCD? hmm I will have to check into this.

    an off note:

I had done on a couple occasions on LCD screens (laptops) is on a bad pixel (stuck open) to push my finger on the bad pixel spot and kinda roll the tip of my finger and had been lucky enough to get the pixel to start behaving properly again (does no always work)
