    Not a bug :)
    just enter this command without quotes:

    'mode con lines=30 cols=100'

    tweak with the values above to get the size you want :D
    i'd do good with a +rep

    It must be bug because it isn't normal that cmd automatically change scale/font etc. But thanks, configured and it's solved.

    In spite of the problem seemingly was solved, it is necessary that you make an investigation of the causes, you are correcting the effect but the cause remains ignored, it is not normal that the cmd window shrinks automatically.

    One question to be answered: from where you get your windows? It was from here or it was from some scene release?

    Something like a script may have adjusted the size of the window. If it happens again, then it's a bug.

    @Malfis
    The point is that it might have been tampered with...

    Don't interpret me in a wrong way, I am not criticizing you. :)

    My question was thinking in your own safety, if you caught your W7 from a non reliable source and it is tampered or changed, can happen what Hazar spoke, a script can be running in background with something more than we don't know.;)

    Could not be a W7 bug, but it could be inserted by someone (the guy that created the ISO or uploaded it).:eek:
