Honestly I don't know, I clean install Windows 7 on my device and that's what I've found out. I further look and it seems to be a hardware related since it is related to graphics specifically nvidia but I don't have. -the one who don't mind to wear your heaviness

Bra, Can you post your system specs so that we can know what you have? do you have an on board video or do you use a separate graphics card? What motherboard are you using? Do you have an oem off the shelf pc or is it a custom build? It's too difficult to determine what your issue could be without more info, the original post is too vague
