pls help on ACN CIP 6500 video phone I started using it last April..it was doing well then..not until this week... It just can't register..my DSL connection is OK.. it says that : check network settings.. but I can't because it requires a password.. Anyone here who can help me please... thanks in advance...
Has your router or modem changed since then? Or even been reset? Perhaps there's a firewall or NAT in the modem blocking access.
If it says check network settings and you have never accessed router the pass word should be Admin or Administrator.. It is something that you will want to figure out (accessing router). You will need to know how sooner or later..
