VirtualBox 4.2.0 won't run Windows 8 Setup

    It is just sitting there with the logo and i've tried RC2 and RC3 so far of 4.2.0. It runs fine in VMWare but its just it won't run in VirtualBox. Can anyone tell me how to get this to work?

    select Windows 7 at OS type instead of Windows 8, at least that the only way to make it works, even with 4.1.x versions.

    I had tried that and it still didn't work.

    windows 8 won't setup on virture box for me too, set up ok on VMware Workstation.

    Off-Topic:

    I am unable to run W8 Setup in vmware workstation 8 or even 9, I get the BSOD error "HAL INITIALISATON FAILED" or " :( " as soon as W8 setup starts to boot.
    I solved it somehow in past with unchecking defaultly checked floppy-drive, but now it doesn't work...

    Here I successfully installed W8RP in virtualbox 4.1...I will try to install RTM later..
