    Hello,
i have a BIG problem with virtualbox.

First of all my computer has got windows 7 home and it is a intel core (notebook).
I need to run mac snow leopard on it.

So i installed Oracle Virtual Box virtual machine and i loaded mac snow leopard iso.
But i always get this error:
NO BOOTABLE MEDIUM FOUND - SYSTEM HAULTED
and i tried all available solutions to avoid this error with no luck.

For example, i set all boot devices, then i enable and disable EFI, then i choose right CD device to be loaded with my mac iso, i run virtualbox with admin privileges, i enable virtualizazion in my BIOS computer, i downloaded perfect bootable iso but i always get that error in all these cases.
So i made NO errors in virtual box configuration.

Same thing happens with VMWARE WORKSTATION that is an other virtual machine.

So how do i run my MAC iso on virtualbox ?????
    Bye.

VirtualBox supports MacOSX guests only if the host PC is an Apple Mac (hardware). Even then, it only supports MacOSX Server, since Apple doesn't allow virtualizing the non-Server MacOSX.

You need a modified distro and/or custom bootloader for booting OSX under VirtualBox.

    :D

My version is from the official statement in the VB forum. What you do the 'Hackingtosh' way is another story. :D

AFAIK no virtualization platform on Windows allows you to boot OSX (by default).

well, i downloaded iboot.iso from toms86machardware but when i substitute MAC SNOW LEOPARD iso with iboot.iso it happens nothing is loaded.
I only always get this message: PLEASE RESTART YOUR VIRTUAL MACHINE.
    But nothing has been loaded.

So how do i solve that ?
