Update the root certificates and you will no longer have problems installing the additions.

How can I update the root certificates? One more problem: Aero is disabled even if under WDDM.

The 3D support in Windows XP and Vista requires the use of the VBoxVGA graphics engine. This engine has lost 3D support in VirtualBox 6.1. In other words: If using VirtualBox 6.1, there is no way to get any 3D support in Windows XP/Server 2003 and Vista/Server 2008, anymore.

Best working for these: VirtualBox 5.2.44.
