Virtualize Windows 8

    Hi, I purchased windows 8 and activated it. now, I want to install it in a virtual machine (VMware). Is this legal ? should I purchase another copy of windows 8 to just run it in a virtual machine ? should I activate it in virtual machine ?

    It's legal only if you bought or obtain a key legally and for KMS Activation, if you've legal access to an KMS Server! But: not so easy to prove!! Also KMS is the only proven and working way for an working activation.
