Visata updates to avoid ?

    I have been searching but cannot find anything ,Is there a thread anywhere that is keeping tabs on all the vista updates (windows update) and lists the ones to avoid .
    and Ditto for win7 too.

    anyone know which vista updates to avoid or where i can find out?

    a few months ago i installed update, Windows Vista (KB940510)

    and it found i was using a loader, fortunatly i disabled the running process and renamed the files wgaer_m.exe

    so all is well, but i wouldent mind doing some more updates cos there building up
    but i dont want my loader disabled if i can help it,
    im not sure what loader i have cos it came built into the Vista_ultimate_x86 iso no servPack by group BIE

    I noticed after installing SP2 that my games lag badly now. I always start multiplayer maps 30 seconds after everyone else.

    Avoid SP2 if you can.
