dude, i activated my visio premium 2010 using tuvi's hack. i don't see any reason why you can't activate yours. just download zwt's keygen, and unzip it in a folder. in the same folder, create a batch file containing the following code (see below). run the batch file as administrator and you're good to go. Wonderboy, Myhken's suggestion is good. Use his tool to convert the "retail" version to "volume" version. Once the conversion is done, you may use his tool to activate the product, or to use my activation batch file (refer to my response #8). I personally like mine because just one click of a mouse and you're done. I even created the icon on my desktop for convenience purpose. Also you may want to see the activation status, just to make sure that your product is activated for max of 180 days, and not 10 days, 30 days, etc. If the CheckStatus.bat doesn't show 180 days, this means you will need to run the activation batch file at least 1 more time.
