Is there any way to make VISTA load Ethernet Adapter first at startup ?

This should be in the Bios under Boot priority...
Should be listed as network something...

What you suggest has to do with the priority of the devices that PC boots from (HD, external HD, external CD ROM etc).
This is not what I am looking for. All I want is to force OS, VISTA to my case, to load first the Ethernet’s Adapter driver at its startup.

Ok now I know ok you still need to go into the BIOS lol...
Hit up the boot priority or boot devices should be one of them and disable all of them except the Ethernet adapter (this will force a ethernet boot)
or you can set it so that the boot order is like this:
    Ethernet
    DVD (etc)
    Hard Drive (etc)
    USB.....

I am sorry, but you are still going on not understanding.
Your mistake is that you have confused PC booting and OS startup, which are two absolutely deferent things.
PC booting comes first and OS startup follows.
Anyway thanks for your time and I am sorry for being unable to be more specific about what I am looking for.

Now I know what you mean...

    OOO....
The MBR has a menu set up with you picking to boot from Windows Xp or Vista....
I now know what you mean its when you get to the point just before loading a OS and if you have multiple OS' you pick which one you wanna boot...
    Stupid me...
