Hi, I have got an Windows Vista 32 bit edition an my computer is very old so i decide to install the Vista Starter Edition. It works fine and for me its ok, i am just checking E-Mails or going to the internet. But there is some problem, i find out that this version can only run 3 different programmes at the same time. So my question to all Vista xperts, is there any way to shut this off?
You decided to install a edition of Vista that is surely not ment to be used in "normal" countries, it was designed for very low budget systems in poor countries. This limitation in the Starter Edition is hardcoded, as the whole OS is no "real" vista. You should with a slow computer use Vista Home Basic / Premium instead. But if it´s really that slow, you should think about using XP... And please name your topics proper, as "Vista hackers Wanted!" doesn´t really point to the fact that you´re probably to stupid to inform yourself about differences in version limitations.
