Do the keys work equally for 32 & 64 bit or do I need another key for ACER 64 bit. Have found a 'Retail' disc. Will SLP work with this disc?

    Just double checking. :)

To use, run the exe file and paste CD Key (with DashEste) Check the button at the top of a button
and wait for the output. It takes a few seconds to produce.
Does it tell you the version of Vista is the key, PID (PID of the first series of numbers does not seem right,
But others are correct, it needs to be updated), and the result is the "OEM SLP" for the SLP keys Vista.

Sorry for being so noob but I am in a bit of a jam.

The same OEM Vista x86 DVD that I use to install many on many machines using the COA key on the laptop/desktop sticker is NOT WORKING for this toshiba wont activate with the key, if I use the key provided here, should it work with my Vista OEM disc?

    Slic toolkit gave me these:

    Read OK ! ( _ASUS__V2.0_Cert.xrm-ms ) From: C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareLicensing\tokens.dat

    Dump OK ! ( _ASUS_Notebook_V2.0 )

Sorry in advance, I'm a noob. If I wanted to install Vista Home Premium, I just need get a key from the premium list and one that is ASUS? I have a Velocity Micro, with an ASUS motherboard, (ASUS P5N-E SLI ACPI BIOS Revision 1406) Award BIOS /ACPI 2.0. Do all the command prompts then use the key?

You guys are brilliant, I appreciate all the work you guys have done, awesome.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The keys listed above will require the following prerequisites.
    1. Your BIOS must contain an SLIC table of any OEM or your BIOS must be modded (if it can be modded) to include an SLIC table of any OEM.
    2. You must have a digital certificate (.xrm-ms file) which matches the OEM SLIC table in your BIOS.
    3. Install Vista from a known clean installation DVD without inputting a key.
    4. Upon completion, copy the certificate (i.e. HP.xrm-ms) to the C:\ directory.
    5. Open a command prompt with administration rights and type slmgr.vbs -ilc C:\HP.xrm-ms. Wait until you get a dialog box indicating the license was successfully installed.
    6. Then type slmgr.vbs -ipk [type the key here without brackets] and wait for the dialog box again.
    7. If everything was successful, Vista should be activated.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have everything I need? Sorry I'm a noob. I have have read a lot but don't really know if I can do this right. The command prompt would be slmgr.vbs -ilc C:\ASUS.xrm-ms or slmgr.vbs -ilc C:\ _ASUS__V2.0_Cert.xrm-ms.xrm-ms?
