    Can somebody tell me for what are this keys are....how this keys can help me to register Vista?

    These keys are used in conjunction with a SLIC table in your BIOS and a corresponding certificate for offline Vista activation.

    New here, looks like a great site with alot of information.
    I need to know how you use these keys to activate? Been a while since i used the slic method? :)

    The keys listed above will require the following prerequisites.
    1. Your BIOS must contain an SLIC table of any OEM or your BIOS must be modded (if it can be modded) to include an SLIC table of any OEM.
    2. You must have a digital certificate (.xrm-ms file) which matches the OEM SLIC table in your BIOS.
    3. Install Vista from a known clean installation DVD without inputting a key.
    4. Upon completion, copy the certificate (i.e. HP.xrm-ms) to the C:\ directory.
    5. Open a command prompt with administration rights and type slmgr.vbs -ilc C:\HP.xrm-ms. Wait until you get a dialog box indicating the license was successfully installed.
    6. Then type slmgr.vbs -ipk [type the key here without brackets] and wait for the dialog box again.
    7. If everything was successful, Vista should be activated.

    Hello Guys.
    I've loadet a Vista Ultimate x86 with SP1 integrated September 2008 GERMAN and install this Version without a key and without setting a password during setup.
    But I dont find a key to activate my vista... :(
    I have a Asus Board.
    My Product-ID is 89580-OEM-7332132-00031.

    When I want to activate it and type any key, then comes the error:0xC004E003 :(

    How can I activate my Vista????

    If you are looking for a MSI motherboard, do a search here for your motherboard maybe someone has modified it for you and added to OEM string in there, then your search would be over. :rolleyes:
