I just purchased a refurbished Dell CPU with Vista Home Premium as OS and
    with 320 HD.

My question is: "Can Vista allow me to create three DR/Path letters D, E, and F
formatted with FAT32? I need this arrangement to continue operating DBASE IV
(DOS based). The DBASE operating system is on DR/Path D, the file system with
approximately 8xx linked files are on DR/Path E and Databases are on DR/Path F.

Can Vista do this partitioning or do I need another program such as Partition
    Magic to do this ????

    Thanks for any advise.
