Vista Retail 32 bit on 64 bit

    If this has been asked a thousand times, I cannot find where. I've googled and got a few mixed reactions from "lesser" forums...

    Will my Vista Ultimate 32 Bit key (retail) work on a Vista Ultimate 64 Bit (retail) without any issues?

    Retail Key can be used for x86 & x64 - No Problem !
