Vista SP1

    Guys I want to know if it is safe to install vista SP1 with a modded bios. Please let me know. Thanks.

    sp1 & vista

    All is fine. still activated after applying sp1.

    I have Toshiba Satellite laptop with OEM Vista Home Premium. In my Recovery Discs there's no \SOURCES\$OEM$ folder.

    I found toshiba certificate and tried to activate but nothing. Here's what I've done:

    1. slmgr.vbs -ilc c:\Toshiba.xrm-ms
    2. C:\windows\system32\slmgr -ipk xxxxx (SN here)
    3. C:\windows\system32\slmgr -ato

    Everything's OK until step 3. It says "Product activation failed". I can use VistaLoader but I want to activate it this way. Can somebody help me?

    I installed it

    It works , if you have Bitdefender v 10 and office 2007 you have to uninstall them. After that it works fine.

    I don'h have a such soft. Is this method of activation

    working whit SP1?
