thanks ill check this one out the vista sp2 i have is still activated with vista loader 3.0.0.1 though. works fine on it. but ill for sure keep this also. any idea whats been changed?

No, it will either install just the loader, or the loader with the OEM Logos and such. No SLIC activation..You dont need a program to install the cert and serial......do you???
