hi i have the 18 in 1 which when installed is acticated without a crack, i hacve another machine that has vista basic, if i use the product key from the one activated would this change to vista ultimate at all my m8 said he used the 18 in 1 and used the key on his m8s laptop and changed to ultimate?
no you have to install the full version of ultimate from the disc. What you can do is backup your files to an external or a different HDD and upgrade with a clean sqipe or you might be able to upgrade using the upgrade at anytime option. Not sure about the upgrade at anytime option though.
