I was looking at the MedaFife Links for the downloads of Vista and I was wondering is there something different with the Downloads that have an n in the Title of the download. This is what I'm asking about(en_windows_vista_n_sp2_x64_dvd_342268)I was just wondering what the n means.

The N editions are applicable to the European market only. "N" have stripped out the WMP, Windows Movie Maker and few other components.

Likewise, there are the E editions of 7 - again applicable only to the EU - that do not include Internet Explorer. Which is not necessarily a bad thing as people may start using better browsers i.e. Firefox, Chrome, Opera (anything really) :D
