Most likey you have install the latest geniune advantage or hot fix that check for vista loader (software emulation)?
I think its KB940510 HOTFIX. It will deactivate your windows. This hotfix is not integrated and will show up in your update list.
there could be an updated hotfix by now. I am not using Vista. Sorry someone might able to help. Why not format and fresh install again?
try version 3.0.1 instead
22.214.171.124 isn't working, like I said, what about WoW 6, can I try it without f**king up my vista, cause I cba to reinstall vista again and install 350gb of data
try wow6 or mod your bios once and forget all the vistaloader
Modding it will be then, any guides how to do with?
sorry i saw version 2.0.0 on the screenshot
There are guides stickied at the top of the forum that should get you started. They are a lot to digest so I recommend reading them a few times, and then letting it settle, then reading it again if it doesn't make sense.
That is because Vista Loader has not been officially updated since that version from what I understand, everything is all unofficial and has not even updated the base version the people just add GUIs and other crap.
Do I need to do the SSV3 bios modding ?
bring me your bios unmodded file and choose your favorite SLIC D) and i will mod it for you
I'm running V x32 SP2 (6002/v.275) with FULL and latest Updates on a DELL 8600/D800/M60 laptop...
Tried WOW6 ===> No Go
Tried VistaLoader v4.1 ===> No Go
Since there's no SLIC for V in the DELL bios... I presume I'm SOL?
Any input/help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanx in Advance
Post ACPI Scope report with VL and WOW.
Also post a report with no patches at all, you can remove all loaders/patches with voatktools.
If you have updated the BIOS to the latest version, then read http://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/3486
It should let you put on in there using the Dell tools.
Will do, just need to get my unmodded bios 1st ^^, luckily I have a RoG board so I have a backup bios lol ;p
