Hello Guys, I have ga-f2a88x-up4_f4 with Slic 2.1. I did fresh install W 7 U 64 over 2 months ago. everything was OK and now it shows not genuine and will not let me connect to the net? Any idea? Thanks,
You use an pirated or unactivated version version of Windows! Download the MTK Toolkit 2.5x and use that for to activate. The MTK 2.5x could be found on this forum!
There is no volume activation channel (kms/mak) for Ultimate edition, and there never was, ... although I'm sure it could be done with some sort of frankenbuild.
I really don't know how it were working the 3 times I used it but that computer is still running with the 64bit W7 fully activated used the MKT 2.4. I installed the W7 32bit first time in April 2013 and again in May '13 after he crashed the OS. Than in September I changed to 64it! The DVD's I used were my original Windows 7 Ultimate DVD x15-60560-01 (32bit) and x15-60561-01 (64bit), which I have right now in front of me! That DVD's are USD-Eng, but Made in Singapore SKU GLC-01292. The description on the COA are: BTS- -2954348-MSIN Win Ult / English EM DVD I'll not write down the COA Numbers! As I wrote several times on this forum already, I use Original software but Frankenbuilds! Several years ago I had to pay quite a bit fine for to use unlicensed software and since the office as my own home will be checked a few times a year from BSA and ICT which didn't allows me to keep any of that stuff in my space. Believe me or not, I don't mind, I know well from the past on this forum that here some members know everything better . That also applies for what other people using and have worked perfectly with. "It couldn't be what shouldn't be!", but, there often is something which still "would"! For me, what count's, is just the result! And in this case it were and is working for my brother in law. Period.
Without Volume Key and Licensing channel available for Ultimate, NO WAY for legit KMS activation . Supported Win 7 SKUs by MTK 2.4:
Run slmgr /dlv and see what it tells you. It won't be Ultimate with kms activation. I suppose you could tell MTK to use a custom key, and then enter the serial shown on the COA, which would activate in an OEM channel rather than kms. It seems a rather funny way of doing it.
Well what can I say to this last time it was Windows 8 Professional you managed to install without using a key during setup. Turned out after far to many pages of discussion you had used a modified dvd i,e, ei.cfg file have been included.
Sorry urie, if you had read, you should have realized that I used the original DVD from MS for the installation! That's why I also posted the DVD'Label and COA data. I don't think that those original DVD's (32bit/64/bit) differs in any means from others from MS! I didn't used any ISO file or whatsoever for installation of any Windows 7 Ultimate. There's no any need for that either because I still have 6 original sealed packages of Windows 7 Ultimate in my stock! If you don't believe me, I could scan the Box, Labels and also the DVD surface as proof plus the new generated Checksum and send it to you by PM (I wouldn't post that images on open forum)! Let me know if want that!
en_windows_7_ultimate_with_sp1_x86_dvd_u_677460.iso Install and insert OEM Key from this forum (No GVLK Key for Ultimate) then activated with MTK 2.4 Beta 8 activation success but only 30 days watermark shown Not Genuine. tested on VMware.
must be one of these. Code: 326327cc2ff9f05379f5058c41be6bc5e004baa7 *EN_WINDOWS_7_ULTIMATE_X64_DVD_X15-65922.ISO 5395dc4b38f7bdb1e005ff414deedfdb16dbf610 *EN_WINDOWS_7_ULTIMATE_X86_DVD_X15-65921.ISO
Yupz I understand. how you can do that activation using the MTK. or perhaps, you are already using another activator before using the MTK?
Of course, all that shows is that you could use MTK to install a custom key, and then activate in OEM or even retail channel. It does not show kms activation is possible for Ultimate. This thread is going nowhere, and the OP's question was answered by Tito earlier ...
