W10 LTSC updated, for some reason after accessing C:\Users\Admin and moving folders:Documents, Downloads, Pictures, Music, and Videos to another Disc D:\ there is a strange problem see: when I click on any of these folders in File Explorer that I quoted really all were moved without problems the strange is when I open computer settings roll up storage these same folders REMAIN in C: I have used sfc/scannow several times and no problem has been located in W8.1 this has never happened until today has any idea thank you for this already ;)
EDIT: Forgot to say after all clean installation of any windows version my first provides (before moving these folders)are:I open disk D: I check the attributes of all files and also inheritance (change the necessary) of course if it does not give error even ...

Did you do this for each folder by changing location in Properties

or did you move them directly with the mouse ?

hi coleo, well the first thing i do is inside gpedit.msc i look for the file explorer and determine where these folders should be in sequence i repeat the operation in the user settings restart the machine and check inside the system settings if things really are correct but not is what is happening as I said for some unknown reason ...;)

Well I will say that this must be something due to the local Admin account. Try doing the same thing with a new local account with admin profile (if possible), unactivate the local admin account and give feedback

You know, friend, I’m a crazy guy sometimes, just see what I did in a fury: I use the W8.1 EIE in dual boot with the W10 LTSC and I rarely had problems like this, I restarted machine e start again with W8.1 I opened the disk manager and simply deleted the volume that contained the W10 LTSC. Imagine my anger. I have a good knowledge but I'm not some expert so problem solved LOL...;):D
