First need to identify if it's a browser extension or a website that you're trying to remove. If it's an extension, you can remove it through Chrome's extension settings. If it's a website, you can manage it through your browser's settings or by Clearing Browsing Data.

Steps to remove W3technic as a Chrome extension:
    • Open Chrome: Launch the Google Chrome browser.
    • Go to Extensions: Navigate to chrome://extensions/
    • Locate the extension: Find the W3technic extension (or any suspicious extension)
    • Remove the extension: Click the "Remove" button next to the extension
    • Confirm removal: Click "Remove" again to confirm the action.
I can't go thorough because I don't use Chrome .. if above steps fails, remove and re-install Chrome :)
