Hi, recently I listen to webradio broadcasts. They offer a various amount of genres and kinds of music you can't get at local terrestrial radio broadcasts. Actually there are thousands of different broadcasts and some might vanish after some time.... To listen to it just add URLs to your list. You can use winamp with shoutcast plugin for instance, or any other application that can play and even record such broadcasts. I have it on my Enigma II (Linux) PVR, so I can listen to it in my living room on hifi stereo. The sound quality is usually very good. One of my favorite genre is 'electronic music'. I want to post a few urls you might like to listen to. I hope other members have urls no matter what genre to post here and we get a nice collection of them. All you need is to add the url (copy and paste) into your player's favorite list, urls that end with pls sometimes need to be flagged as pls stream. I don't have specific stations, I use Radio Sure and it comes with a huge list of stations. It's fun to search them.
How to listen to it using the WMP (not a really good player, it pauses sometimes even though I have a good connection, buffering is bad). Open windows media player, press ctrl + U and paste the url into it. PLS stream: Download it with your browser and open the *.pls file with notepad. Copy and paste the url that is inside of the pls file as described above. Enjoy.

Nice web radio stations. Chillout Dreams became an instant favourite Instead of using WMP one could also use vlc player. I download the .pls files and open them directly with vlc player. So by a simple click I get my favourite station.
