For losing the weight fast take quick fat burning foods in your daily diet such as fruits & vegetables, green tea, fish, fish oil, nuts, and vegetables soups. Along with this diets you should also do regular exercises specially cardio to get some better results for the weight loss.

I disagree with it. Best results you get when you eat everything you like. It should be rich in variety and well balanced. All you have to do is to count the calories. It's simple. You add calories and you burn them, depending on what you are doing.....this balance should be equal or less if you want to lose weight....watch your weight so to say....and do some sports to move the balance

Anything else is fuss. I reply as a scientist not as a pseudo scientist called nutritionist. :D

eating less depends on what your normal intake is. Your body is an engine, in order for it to make energy you need to eat.

Fuel the engine, create energy, burn the energy, refuel. rinse repeat.

Biggest key is to burn what you put in, 100 calories in, 100 calories burnt. (Again.. Rinse repeat)

Yup, as above, its a simple maths sum we all learned in primary school

If you eat 1000 calories and only burn 500, you're gonna gain weight
If you eat 500 calories and burn 1000, you're gonna lose weight

    Simplez

You need to find out your metabolic rate to know how many calories you burn doing nothing first, then you can work out how many to eat, and how many you're gonna burn off on the treadmill / bike / gym

The bold part is what I'm doing. But then again, I'm one of those who are hated by obese people. No matter how much or how little I eat, my weight stays the same, within 1kg. My weight has been same for about 35 years now. Perhaps it's in the genes, as my sister has the same quality. :p

Oh, whatever that thing they call "exercise" is, I'm not doing it. :D

I lost 22 kg with only a reduced calorie diet and moving more. :roundel:

    My experience:
    - Eating less and also especially less fat and less alcohol.
    - And eating more vegetables and fruits and more physical activity per day.

    Energy in - energy out.
If you can't lose weight you're probably not burning calories, or just eating too much.
You aren't trying if you aren't losing weight, don't lie to yourself.
