Weird Files in Windows Folder

    Hi, in my c:windows folder i have these two weird files

    Ðú– and tó¥ anyone know what they are or anyone else have them?

    These are the full names of the files, there is no .exe etc, also not even sure how they really got there since i run pretty much everything in a sandbox.

    That sand gets in everywhere doesn't it ?

    They're probably some file corruption - why not try deleting them ?

    Already have, but would have liked to have some feedback on what they were doing there etc.
