WGA disappears from Win7 Update?

I've installed 4 copies of Windows 7 now with boot loaders and it's sort of confusing me. On every install, I initially see WGA as important install under Windows Update, but when I install the other updates and uncheck WGA, it eventually disappears forever from Windows Update, never to be seen again.

It's a good thing, unless WGA automatically installs itself as it feels it might require. I do have Microsoft Security Essentials installed on all 4 computers as well. Not sure if that would do it as it does check for genuine windows at install (not sure if that is a one time check either)

    Anyone get the same?

Gosh, I must be going crazy. Was there any took available under Windows Update that had the words genuine and check? I've seen it on all four machines and when I skip it for a windows update, it disappears soon after.

It it happens again, I'll post a screenshot, maybe I'm just nuts. Thanks.

I only saw it for OGA and not for WGA.

    Oooooh.

That MUST be it. Sorry guys, I must be crazy. However, did yours disappear without installing? Kinda curious where that bugger went. Or did it install itself with the rest of the updates even though I unchecked it?
