What antivirus is compatible with build 10240 x64 PRO

    well avast seems to work, malwarebytes anti malware works as well. probably others work as well

    Windows Defender is fine but I'm using Common Sense v1.0....

    bitdefendet total security is not ready i read in bitdefender forum :(

    eset 8.0.312 antivirus and emsisoft antimalware are compatible with 10240

    Comodo Internet Security. Using it without problems since the first build 10130 I installed over a month ago and upgrading that since.

    360 Total Security Essentials works GREAT. And unlike so many other AVs its FREE. It is not payware that charges you per year for subpar software.

    Qihoo are awesome for beating back the payware competition.

    Bitdefender free version worked on 10162, but when I attempted to upgrade to 10166 if failed, I had to remove Bitdefender first, reboot and then I was able to get 10166. Haven't tried doing it again with 10240, sticking with Windows native defender until after the 29th
